The Data Management Analyst will be skilled in data integrity, solution management and data analysis for the Macro Helix PAP, Revenue and UA services.

Current Need

We are currently looking for a Sr Data Integrity Analyst for our Irving, TX or Atlanta, GA locations. Candidates are expected to be located in the area and work in a hybrid environment.

The Data Management Analyst is responsible for the integrity of the data from point of entry through dissemination. The Data Management Analyst owns the data integrity process and works with the PAP, Revenue, UA team members and / or customers to analyze data, processes and present recommendations and improvement opportunities.

  • Owns the accuracy of the data, completeness, and consistency across its life cycle.
    • Responsible for the integrity of the data, understanding the flow of the data, ensure accurate data is being received and imported.
    • Work collaboratively with the Datamart and business partners to improve data accuracy and quality.
    • Responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate Data Scorecard for customers.
    • Responsible for the integrity of the Snowflake data/views and proper documentation.
    • Triage service desk tickets for Macro Helix proprietary systems (PTK, PAP Recovery Navigator, UA), collaborate with team to resolve them and/or forward it to the corresponding parties.
  • Collaborates with leadership and SMEs to recommend improvements that optimizes and adds value for the customer, focusing on financial improvement, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement.
  • Responsible for maintaining CDM charge code, insurance mapping report and proper SOPs.
  • Gather, analyze, and report back performance metrics to the Leadership team.
  • Proactively and independently solves data related problems and operates with a high level of accuracy.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the accuracy of the PAP, UA and Revenue data, completeness, and consistency across its life cycle, including but not limited to understanding the flow of the data and ensuring data received is correct and imported, implementation and maintenance of data scorecards, snowflake data and service desk data issues.
  • Collaborates with Macro Helix leadership and SMEs to recommend improvements that optimizes and adds value for the customer, focusing on financial improvement, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement.
  • Responsible for maintaining Macro Helix mapping process, including but not limited to CDM charge code, Insurance mapping report, Drug Code Mapping, and proper SOPs.
  • Gather, analyze, and report back performance metrics to the Macro Helix Leadership team.
  • Proactively and independently solves data problems and operates with a high level of accuracy.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree required

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in data integrity preferable in healthcare industry.
  • Solid working knowledge/experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, MS Power BI, as well as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage such as Snowflake, Azure and SharePoint.

Additional Skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required. Ability to create, interpret and validate reports using SQL, Excel, and other data management tool.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to work with diverse teams across McKesson, or independently with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to troubleshoot, isolate and lead complex issues to resolution.
  • Well-versed in technology, adaptable mindset with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality and timely work.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to lead and deliver multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to create and interpret data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, etc.
  • Additional skills include being goal-oriented, collaborative, detailed oriented, persistent, active listener, and resourceful.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$91,400 - $152,300
