Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst and take the lead in designing, analyzing, and optimizing data systems that power diagnostic and predictive insights. Key Responsibilities
1. Data System Development and Management
- Design and maintain robust data systems and databases, identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Mine, clean, and reorganize data from primary and secondary sources to make it accessible for analysis by humans and machines.
2. Data Analysis and Visualization
- Use statistical tools to interpret complex data sets, focusing on trends and patterns for predictive and diagnostic analytics.
- Build dashboards, create data visualizations, and perform root cause analysis to ensure seamless functionality.
3. Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
- Design, train, and implement machine learning algorithms, including large language models and natural language processing (NLP).
- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, leveraging MLOps for efficient deployment and scaling.
- Perform A/B testing and apply predictive models to optimize customer experiences and operational efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Communicate insights, trends, and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Cloud and Infrastructure Management
- Build and manage cloud-based infrastructure to support data management systems and machine learning pipelines.
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)
Technical Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages: SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, including DAX queries.
- Expertise in machine learning operations (MLOps), natural language processing (NLP), and large language models.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- Working knowledge of designing, training, and implementing machine learning models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and big data analytics tools.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science and machine learning engineering.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Full-stack Python programming, including PySpark.
- Power BI dashboards and advanced visualization techniques.
- Machine learning concepts and MLOps.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering).
- Azure Databricks Data Engineer Certification.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
