  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts to elevate technical and storytelling capabilities.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in analytics tools and methods.

  • Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics, share best practices, and document them.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the team and the analytic organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams in Marketing, CXD, Engineering, and Finance to deliver integrated insights.

  • Participate in cross-divisional data projects and resolve operational challenges.


Qualifications
  • Experience: Over seven years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s or PhD preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, PySpark and cloud platforms like AWS and Snowflake.

  • Communication Skills: Strong skills in communication, presentation development, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau and Power BI.

  • Nice to Have: Marketing knowledge, marketing principles and strategies (e.g., A/B, multivariate, multi-armed bandit).
