The Position
We are offering an exciting and challenging role where you will contribute to the strategic priorities of Product Supply Sustainability by enabling data-driven environmental decisions, providing analysis and insights for high-impact decisions. You will utilize your analysis system knowledge to secure data quality and establish data connections across systems, enabling robust analysis - often developed in close collaboration with colleagues.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Establish analysis and data driven insights via data collected across systems and departments
- Build and visualise data in Power BI and Power App dashboards
- Support data quality and governance in the team as well as data dependencies outside team
- Close collaboration and alignment with team members as well as colleagues in the organisation like environmental partners, production sites representatives, system owners etc.
- Translate organisational needs from production sites and corporate functions into data products
Qualifications
You are creative and innovative of mind with a profound data and digital mindset. You are result-oriented and possess the ability to foster collaboration across areas. You thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but a steady state and where little guidance may be available.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in Power BI, Power APP, Alteryx or similar tools, and preferable API solution knowledge
- Strong capabilities in connecting data points across systems, analyzing and effectively visualize and present data to influence decisions
- Sustainability knowledge and experience, particularly in energy, water, waste, or plastic initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English
- Relevant master's degree in or related to IT, engineering, or business administration

About the department
The Environmental Data & Digitalisaiton team is part of the Analytics & Reporting department anchored within the Product Supply Sustainability area of Novo Nordisk. The area is on the journey of reducing the environmental footprint by using data and digital solutions to support decisions. The Analytics & Reporting team is among other things responsible for environmental production data and the reporting of energy, water, waste and CO2 emissions from Production and distribution as well as developing state-of-the-art digital solutions to support therein. The team consists of highly skilled data analysts and scientists as well as business analysts who drive data analysis, insights and intelligence on the environmental sustainability agenda for our expanding production sites. The Team is currently consisting of 20 people in HQ Bagsværd and 2 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to implement the Circular for Zero environmental strategy into Novo Nordisk production thus supporting our overall ambition to have zero environmental impact.
