As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Americas region for our Fire Global Business Enterprise here at Honeywell Building Automation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. 

You’ll work out of our Alanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our business by developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives to acquire new customers and effectively engage and grow share with our existing customers. You will work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan for FIRE business in Americas region to achieve marketing generated pipeline, revenue and growth targets
  • Build a deep understanding of industry stakeholder personas, their needs and buying behaviors.  Develop and execute demand generation campaigns targeting specific personas e.g, consultants, contractors and end users
  • Lead new product launches – develop thought leadership content and assets to drive customer awareness and usage. Lead participation in industry events, trade shows and Honeywell hosted events to drive customer engagement
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data driven decisions for optimization
  • Understand and manage customer segmentation for FIRE business and brands and develop personalized marketing communications
  • Collaborate with offering management, sales and central shared services teams to deliver marketing programs
  • Manage and allocate budget across multiple programs, evaluating for maximum impact and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously deliver highly differentiated marketing initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • 3 years of Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
  • Highly experienced with marketing technology stack and CRM tools.
  • Should have a deep understanding of lead-to-revenue workflow be able to demonstrate how does marketing function drive business growth and impact
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Should have experience working in a highly matrixed B2B organization
