As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at Honeywell, you will lead the strategy and team responsible for our Life Sciences business within Process Solutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline and retention. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience and track record of building successful customer marketing programs at scale.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand Marketing Define customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing approaches
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure customer marketing effectiveness
Team Management & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of customer marketing professionals
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning
Program Development and Execution
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, cross sell and upsell, as well as retention.
- Develop marketing materials including but not limited to case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership pieces.
- Create and manage customer communication strategies across multiple channels
- Lead customer event marketing including user conferences, webinars, and customer events
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze customer marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies
- Implement A/B testing and optimization frameworks for continuous improvement
- Generate regular reporting on customer marketing impact and business outcomes
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 7+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of people management experience with direct reports
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing programs
- Background in Life Sciences, SaaS, technology, or similar industries required.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $115K - $145K. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $130K - $160K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
