As a Sr. Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key administrative role in supporting the service operations and sales by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient communication to enhance overall customer experience.
In this role, you will impact service delivery by managing administrative tasks that support service teams, maintaining service records, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage administrative support for service operations including scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and invoicing
- Prepare, process, and track invoices related to service delivery ensuring accuracy and timely billing
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, service delivery status, and invoicing activities
- Coordinate with service teams and customers to ensure timely and efficient service execution
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators related to customer service, service delivery, and invoicing
- Support the implementation and maintenance of customer feedback programs and service improvement initiatives
- Utilize service management tools and systems to update and monitor service activities and invoicing processes
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service roles within service operations
- Experience with invoicing and billing processes
- Experience with ordering processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Experience with service management software and CRM tools such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
