We are looking for a passionate and strategic UX Writer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience through well-crafted and user-focused content. As a UX Writer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are informative, persuasive, and aligned with our brand values.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define content requirements.
- Create clear and engaging content that guides users through their journeys, including user interface copy, microcopy, and error messages.
- Develop user personas and scenarios to tailor content to different user segments and use cases.
- Conduct content audits and work with teams to improve the consistency and effectiveness of content across platforms.
- Perform content usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure content and design work harmoniously to create a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated on content design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered content principles and contribute to a culture of content excellence within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful content design work.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft user-centered content.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and their application to content design.
- Experience creating content for web and mobile applications, including user interfaces and microcopy.
- Proficiency in collaborating with design tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and content usability testing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization principles is a plus.
- Experience with accessibility and inclusive design practices is a bonus.

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, brand, media, or content environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, storytelling, conceptual writing, and multi-platform communication
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, tone, and structure
- Ability to develop both short-form and long-form copy
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, digital media, social platforms, and contemporary culture
- Experience writing scripts for films, commercials, digital content, and branded storytelling
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and refine ideas without losing the core creative thought
