As a Sr Communications Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our organization's reputation and brand. Your expertise will help shape our messaging and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

You will report directly to our Communications Sr Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ, Clearwater, FL, or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Please note that all new hires to Honeywell will be asked to work onsite fully for the first 90 days.

In this role, you will impact the way our organization communicates with both internal and external audiences, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement communication plans that support organizational goals and enhance brand reputation.
  • Create and manage content for internal communications, including employee spotlights, articles, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 or more years of experience in communications or public relations.
  • Experience with digital media
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Adobe Suite and/or digital media
  • Experience in the aerospace, technology, or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms.
  • Project Management skills

Qualifications
