As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing a defined number of reseller with the goal of growing our mutual business together. You will be responsible for understanding your partner’s individual business needs and value propositions. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors and your assigned resellers. You will work with your resellers to develop annual strategic plans and coordinate with other resources to execute
Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing product training, support, and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

The annual base salary range for this position is 140k-175k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible.
