We have an opening for an experienced programmatic expert to join our award-winning team at Hotspex Media. In this role, you'll own end-to-end campaign execution across major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo!), turning data into actionable insights and compelling performance narratives for clients. You'll mentor junior team members, drive innovation through testing and emerging opportunities, and serve as a senior point of contact for complex campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end: campaign architecture, audience strategy, variable bidding, optimization, and pacing oversight.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert across DSPs, specifically DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and Yahoo!, maintaining advanced certifications and platform knowledge across display, video, connected tv, digital audio, digital out of home, and retail media best practices and execution.

  • Partner closely with AdOps, Data/Analytics, and Account Teams to ensure accurate setup, measurement, and performance storytelling.

  • Own campaign performance analysis, translating data into clear insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Oversee conversion tracking pixel creation, aligning with measurement frameworks to ensure consistency with client KPIs.

  • Guide and support programmatic campaign planning and media strategy development, contributing programmatic expertise to client-facing recommendations.

  • Build compelling narratives around campaign results versus media strategy, clearly articulating wins, learnings, and next steps.

  • Partner with Analytics to interpret performance across attribution models, understanding strengths, limitations, and implications for optimization.

  • Collaborate with technology and platform partners to troubleshoot issues and unlock new solutions.

  • Design and evaluate structured testing and experimentation frameworks, including A/B tests and partner-based measurement solutions where applicable.

  • Provide mentorship and hands-on support to junior programmatic team members during planning, execution, and optimization phases.

  • Ensure campaign set up checklist for is adhered to and provide final sign-off/approval of campaign set up QA.

  • Contribute to team success in high-pressure or high-volume periods, balancing leadership with hands-on execution.

Strategic Expectations:
  • Proactively identify new programmatic capabilities, betas, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.

  • Stay ahead of digital media trends, privacy changes, and platform updates, sharing learnings with the broader team.

  • Play an active role in improving internal processes, documentation, and best practices to increase efficiency and quality.

  • Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews for high-value clients, providing strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations.

  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex campaigns and escalations.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on programmatic experience, including:

    • 4+ years with DV360 and CM360.

    • 3+ years with The Trade Desk

    • 2+ years with Amazon DSP

  • Strong experience working in or alongside media agencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients.

  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.

  • Strategic, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight timelines.
