Job Description- Preparing company's presentation materials to prospective Clients under the guidance and direction of Business Development Lead together with related department
- Acquiring new clients by performing cold call, attending networking session, direct connections, etc.
- Scheduling a meeting to client to acquire information related to current business condition, requirement, and growth potential in using our solution
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
- Developing contacts and maintain relations with current and potential clients (malls, tenants, and other partners)
- Regularly follow up clients to assist their CRM and ensuring excellent customer service
- Prepare administrative documents and processes, which includes contracts, reports, meetings, etc.
- Strong understanding of the retail and F&B industries, including market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to effectively articulate the value proposition of YOBO's solutions to potential clients, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships.
- Proven track record in sales and negotiation.
- Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Driven by results and have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Have a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Has a minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in business development at SaaS, F&B, POS software company
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Male & Female maximum 30 yo
