Job Description
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on establishing and expanding our presence in the European market, targeting telecom operators.
2. Identify and engage with key decision-makers within telecom operators to build and nurture strong relationships, positioning our organization as a preferred technology partner.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, initial contact, needs assessment, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to align business strategies, ensure a unified approach, and maximize revenue generation opportunities.
6. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the telecom sector, analyzing their impact and adapting business strategies accordingly.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our CHBG solutions.
8. Collaborate with the CHBG commercial team to develop pricing strategies, revenue forecasts, and budget plans, tracking performance against targets and making adjustments as necessary.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert on telecom business trends, 5G, wireless, wireline, IoT technologies, and the competitive landscape, providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team and other stakeholders.
10. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and create partnership opportunities.
11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales metrics, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets.
13. Stay up to date with industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging trends in business development and technology, continuously enhancing professional knowledge and skills.
