The candidate must understand the business rules, pricing processes, and modernization challenges specific to this field to become operational quickly.
- 8+ years of experience in senior IT business architecture
- Experience in individual insurance pricing (life, health, and/or disability), minimum 1-2 years
- Experience in functional design and business architecture documentation
- Experience in application transformation or modernization
- Experience with all three products: life, health, and disability
- Experience with a Quebec-based insurer (IA, Beneva, SSQ, La Capitale, or equivalent)
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Knowledge of modeling tools (ArchiMate, BPMN, or equivalent)
