We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements, analyzing business processes, and providing actionable insights to enhance our projects and services.
Job Responsibilities:- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and present business case proposals and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of project deliverables.
- Support quality assurance efforts by developing test scenarios and executing test plans to validate deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL querying.
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
- Experience in working with diverse teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Interest in emerging technologies and trends relevant to business analysis.
