ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives.
- Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, helping prioritize features and stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align roadmaps, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery and closure.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and strategic goals.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features align with business expectations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and use data insights to drive continuous product and process enhancements.
- Promote Agile mindset and Scrum best practices by coaching teams, driving collaboration, and refining ways of working.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years supporting Agile teams with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project documentation practices.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- U.S. residency for 3 of the past 5 years and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of CMS Marketplace eligibility and appeals processes.
- Familiarity with contact center operations and case management workflows.
- Figma experience or knowledge.
- CSM or PMPO Product Owner (SAFe).
- Human Centered Design (HCD) exposure as a Business Analyst.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- CSM certified (preferred)
