Lead business analysis activities: elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, produce development artifacts (use cases, wireframes, diagrams, specs), manage requirements lifecycle and traceability, create test plans and support UAT, and collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure viable, supportable solutions.
