We are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, product management, architecture, engineering, and operations teams for Our Client.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to align with product strategy.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
• Analyze complex enterprise business processes and define future-state business capabilities, creating functional specifications and process models.
• Participate heavily in Agile delivery: Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Analyze system interactions, interfaces, data flows, and platform dependencies within Microsoft Azure-based environments.
• Define requirements for AI-powered product features, contributing to acceptance criteria for AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, Copilot, RAG).
• Evaluate impacts of proposed changes across applications, APIs, integrations, processes, and stakeholders.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proven experience with Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story mapping.
• Technical analysis working knowledge: SDLC, REST APIs, data modeling concepts, SQL, and enterprise application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Visio (or Miro).
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities: Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI governance.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience within enterprise SaaS or cloud-native product organizations.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.

Special Notes

• Salary Range: Up to 70,000.
