About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a Sr. Brand Pricing Operations Specialist to help us optimize the efficiency at which we monitor, track, and maintain brand solution programs for our consumers. This includes manufacturer discounted coupons, copay card pricing, and other ways that bring down the high cost of brand medications.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has experience working cross functionally across tech teams (operations, pricing, engineering, and product), and is comfortable navigating through ambiguity. This individual is able to put together a cross-functional plan that ensures success, and has the ability to bring cross functional teams together to identify issues and provide solutions. The ideal candidate is also someone who carefully monitors results after a project launches, and will ensure we see the results we expect for our consumers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with pricing, pharmacy partners, and our third party vendors to ensure we're able to bring new partnership opportunities to our product quickly and effectively by putting together clear end-to end plans
- Work hand in hand with our pricing, engineering, product, and operations teams to bring new products to life and ensure all teams involved have clarity in roles, responsibilities, and timing of deliverables
- Monitor results following a new feature launch and ensure that GoodRx is meeting its internal and external goals for our consumers and partners. Work cross functionally to resolve and remaining issues after launch
- Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen process infrastructures
- Develop structured methodologies to anticipate potential downstream impacts to drive operational decisions
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience, and a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree and 3+ experience
- Experience monitoring project results with Power BI/Looker/Tableau required
- A background in operations and project leadership
- Cross-functional relationship project management skills
- Expert critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Pricing and/or PBM/pharmacy experience is a plus
- West Coast Preferred (Santa Monica)

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $108,000.00 - $173,000.00
New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
