The Difference You Make: The Sr. Associate, Testing analyzes, develops, debugs, executes and maintains automated test cases within the testing environment. The incumbent promotes and develops awareness of testing methodologies and standards, and continuously enhances knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends. May assist in developing test strategies and plans and is also be tasked with analyzing complex technical system problems. In addition, the Sr. Associate leads projects or sub-projects and coordinates roll-outs of moderate scope while providing coaching and guidance to team members. • Acts as Subject Matter Expert conducting complex software/systems testing. • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Quality Assurance/Testing personnel. • Leads test releases and system integration for new technology and/or prototype systems. • Develops complex test plans with critical business impact related to new or enhanced products and services. • Supports the AD, Testing metrics creation and collection process. • Evaluates and recommends new testing processes and systems (automation) between multiple platforms. • Leads teams to deliver project milestone results in fast paced environment. • Works directly with management and vendors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. • Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance. • Defines, develops and implements software/systems testing standards and procedures, and oversees testing. • Documents and analyzes test results, and makes recommendations to improve overall quality. • Oversees testing of purchased third-party software and/or services to ensure that company standards and end-user requirements are met. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field. - Required. 9+ Years Lead experience. - Required. 9+ Years Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases. - Required. 9+ Years Experience with CI/CD methodologies and continuous integration systems. - Required. • Ability to evaluate and identify opportunities to improve technology performance. • Ability to prioritize and manage workload. • Proficient in writing SQLs to query the back end during the test execution. • Strong mentoring in QA process and methodology. • Expertise in testing web based applications and web services based systems with minimal to no user interface. • Ability to stay continuously informed on current leading-edge technologies industry trends. • Project management skills. • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. • Ability to interact with senior-level management and clients and hold technology discussions with non-technical individuals. • Ability to comprehend data, draw conclusions from complex reports, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$93,750.00 USD

Maximum:

$160,000.00 USD
