  • Assist with production check‑out, post‑release monitoring, and issue triage to maintain ongoing tool reliability.

  • Collaborate with vendors to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and support resolution of defects and enhancements.

  • Support business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities, including intake and coordination of support requests and maintenance of product documentation.

  • Develop deep functional knowledge of assigned tools, data flows, and advisor use cases to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a product, technology, business analysis, or operational support role.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and user requirements.

  • Experience supporting delivery of technology solutions, including coordinating work across partners and supporting releases.

  • Experience supporting advisors or field users on a day‑to‑day basis, including responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating escalations.

  • Experience supporting testing activities, such as test execution, defect tracking, and release validation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting advisor‑ or service‑facing technology solutions.

  • Experience with financial planning, advice, or wealth management tools.
