About The Team
CoverMyMeds’ AMP Product Team is looking for a Sr. Associate Product Manager to help create and improve our product offerings that solve big problems in the healthcare industry. Of note, our Specialty Product Team is a dynamic group of talented individuals focused on helping patients by navigating the complex process it takes to get on a specialty therapy. Together with our various business units, the work our Specialty team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.
What You'll Do
- As a Sr. Associate Product Manager, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:
- Demonstrates general knowledge and curiosity of industry and market, performing some research on their own and contributing research insights
- Understands and articulates the value they are delivering and contributes to P&L and/or P&L decisions
- Contributes to identifying and developing value proposition
- Participates and collaborates regularly with cross-functional teams to assess product needs, health, performance, and to create solutions (driving for impact on features and capabilities)
- Learns and contributes to the “why” of product direction, recommendations, and business need and practices articulation to the broader team, building an understanding of when to take action, engage, and adjust
- Contributes to/participates in customer conversations to understand opportunities, and contributes to MVP product recommendations
- Identifies conflicting Product Management initiatives, escalates upwards, and contributes to understanding prioritization
- Participates in and learns from conversations with the legal/compliance teams and escalates upwards when concerns arise
Skills You’ll Need
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Product Management or similar experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $69,800 - $116,300
