As Sr. Associate, Equipment Finance and Contract Management, you will play a key role in supporting our Surgical Sales and Finance teams by managing financing and commercial agreements that facilitate the sale and placement of capital equipment. You will oversee -rebate and discount Programs, support contract lifecycle processes, ensure pricing accuracy and contract compliance, and provide financial analysis and insights that help drive business growth and customer success.
Based in Fort Worth, TX, this onsite role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and technology teams to ensure contract accuracy, pricing compliance, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. You will leverage expertise in equipment finance, commercial contract management, contract lifecycle management, capital equipment agreements, pricing governance, rebate and discount administration, financial analysis, contract compliance, portfolio management, commercial operations, and process improvement to support strategic business objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Partner with Sales to negotiate and prepare financing contracts, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and approval processes.
- Consult with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales leadership on contract language and interpretation.
- Administer contract awards, including product details, pricing, and communication to relevant departments.
- Accurately set up contracts in internal systems for payment calculations and compliance monitoring.
- Prepare and manage Rebate and Discount agreements, ensuring timely and accurate compliance calculations and payment recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis, track financial performance, and report findings to leadership.
- Evaluate account compliance and implement remediation plans as needed.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
- Provide guidance and assistance in training less experienced team members.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and contract management systems.
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, capital equipment, or other regulated industries.
