Sr. Associate, Change Readiness & Enablement

At Alcon, we are driven by the meaningful work we do to help people see brilliantly. We innovate boldly, champion progress, and act with speed as the global leader in eye care. Here, you’ll be recognized for your commitment and contributions and see your career like never before. Together, we go above and beyond to make an impact in the lives of our patients and customers.

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr. Associate, Change Readiness & Enablement supporting Digital Health & Connectivity, you will produce and maintain the training content and enablement assets behind Alcon’s Adi learning framework — turning each product release and process change into ready-to-use materials for our field teams and our internal Adi Commercial Enablement (ACE) teams.

Reporting to the Manager, Change Readiness & Enablement, you will build eLearning modules, digital adoption flows, and job aids on a six-week release cadence, support live training delivery, maintain the team’s Confluence content library as the single source of truth, and route operational communications through approval before they reach reps and customers. You will work within the content and production standards the Manager sets, escalating scope and content questions rather than resolving them independently. This is a hands-on production role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by making complex product change simple to learn. This role is based in Fort Worth, TX, and a typical day will include:

  • Building training and enablement assets for each release within the Adi learning framework
  • Supporting and delivering live training for field and internal ACE audiences
  • Turning release notes into updated content on the six-week release cadence
  • Maintaining the Confluence content library and ways-of-working documentation
  • Routing operational communications through VEEVA/MAP approval

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Training Content Creation — Build eLearning modules, WalkMe/TeachMe (or other learning tool) flows, job aids, and quick-reference guides for each release, developed to the standards set by the Manager and submitted for review and approval.
  • Release-Cycle Production — Review release notes each six-week cycle, gather information and update materials by attending and participating in all Product release calls, and translate product changes into updated training and enablement assets so materials are ready when the release reaches the field.
  • Training Delivery Support — Support live training sessions — preparing sandbox environments, scheduling, and assisting facilitation — and deliver training directly where the audience and need call for it.
  • Change Readiness Support — Support the change and adoption activities the Manager defines, helping field and internal teams understand what is changing and what they need to do differently.
  • Process & Ways-of-Working Documentation — Document internal ways of working and processes, keeping materials current with each release and partnering with US Surgical Training, US Marketing, Product, and the ACE team to confirm accuracy.
  • Knowledge Base (salesforce.com) Documentation – Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base articles in salesforce.com for use by internal teams
  • Confluence & Content Library — Maintain the team’s Confluence pages and content library as the single source of truth for ACE, applying consistent structure, versioning, and governance.
  • Communications Approval Routing — Route operational communications through VEEVA/MAP approval before they reach reps or customers, managing the intake queue and tracking items through to release.
  • Content Quality & Continuous Improvement — Refresh aging assets, build out the enablement fundamentals library between cycles, and escalate scope, timing, or content questions to the Manager, Change Readiness & Enablement.
