Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and office administration. The role involves bookkeeping, taxation, statutory compliance, vendor management, and ensuring efficient administrative processes while maintaining accurate financial records. 


What You’ll Do

  • Ready to work in a multitasking role involving Accounts and Administration.

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.

  • Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

  • Manage accounts payable and invoicing.

  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing activities and audit queries.

  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and external consultants.

  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement.

  • Maintain company records, office assets, and administrative documentation.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company policies.


Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration.

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

  • Experience with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration
