Role Responsibilities:- 営業活動の支援：外回り営業（Outside Sales）のアクティビティ全般をサポートする。
- 関係構築：顧客との信頼関係を築き、会社の利益を最大化する。
- 新規開拓：見込み顧客（プロスペクト）を発見し、アプローチする。
- 提案・交渉：入札案件の発掘、提案書の作成支援、顧客との交渉を行う。
- リード創出：営業開発チームのために、新しいターゲット顧客やリード（手がかり）を特定・提供する。
- 関係維持：見込み顧客と個人的な信頼関係を築き、案件獲得に影響を与える。
- イベント参加：展示会（トレードショー）などに参加し、会社の認知度向上と顧客開拓を行う。
- 学歴：大卒以上（または同等の資格）。
- 経験：最低3年以上の関連実務経験。
- 知識：日本キャリア（Carrier Japan）の組織、プログラム、システムに関する実務知識があり、それを日々の業務に活かせること。
