Partner with the best

As a Sr Applications Engineering Lead, you will lead our Global Center Of Excellence for Applications Engineering. You will drive standardization in Applications Engineering planning, Post Job and Root Cause Analysis across our global operations.

As a Sr Applications Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:

·       Creating standardization on technical processes for Plan and Execute to ensure stringent planning for every job across our Drilling Services organization

·       Building and driving processes for RCA and AAR standardization for each job and tracking to ensure successful completion

·       Serving as global Design-of-Experiments leader for Drilling Services to provide advice and guidance to our cross-functional teams

·       Providing support to sales and optimization development projects for Drilling Application Engineering

·       Sharing knowledge gained in concrete projects through updating documentation and best-practice improvements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

·       Have 5 years of experience in Functional Management

·       Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of drilling application engineering concepts

·       Show excellent written and verbal communications skills

·       Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with teams, customers and stakeholders

·       Have solid project management skills and the ability to lead and deliver successful projects or programs

·       Display the ability to identify and resolve problems and be able to implement effective improvements

·       Deepwater, complex BHA engineering,

·       New product introduction

·       Strong DD and field background

·       Work closely with Operations team on RCA and customer engineering solutions

·       Mentoring and handling complex engineering work

·       Contineous follow up with HQ engineering with regards to digital tools

·       In house Engineering experience

·       handling critical customers/Key account

·       Desired- SDC experience
