Work with channel partners to identify potential clients, qualify customer requirements and translate site needs into practical SaaS, BMS and energy-management solutions.

Drive channel partner sales enablement by training pre-sales, solutioning and deployment teams on the SaaS portal, solution positioning, value articulation and standard deployment workflows.
•
Support channel partners in pitching solutions to customers, demonstrating platform value, addressing technical queries and helping partners progress opportunities toward closure.
•
Coordinate with channel partners and field teams to understand physical systems on site, assess existing BMS / HVAC / metering infrastructure and recommend energy-saving solution approaches.
•
Create customized technical proposals, solution narratives and deployment inputs in collaboration with internal technical, sales and support teams.
•
Push and coach channel partners to build pipeline, improve conversion and achieve sales objectives while ensuring the proposed solution remains technically sound and deployable.
•
Execute or guide project start-ups, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of BAS / BMS controls and SaaS-connected systems on assigned projects.
•
Lead validation of system functionality, controller / network-level readiness and integration quality, working with project engineers, subcontractors and partner teams to resolve issues.
•
Ensure partner-led deployments comply with internal processes across sales, customer support, hardware, procurement and related functions.
•
Provide post-implementation support, training, troubleshooting and handover guidance so channel partners can sustain customer satisfaction and independently manage future deployments.
•
Evaluate partner training needs, deployment readiness and compliance gaps, and recommend additional coaching or enablement where required.
•
Capture lessons learned from sales, solutioning and commissioning activities to continuously improve channel enablement materials, deployment quality and repeatability.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Energy Management or Building Services background is preferred.
•
Minimum 5 years of experience across BMS / BAS deployment, commissioning, solutioning, customer support, or evaluation of existing building management systems.
•
Strong technical knowledge of BMS / BAS, HVAC systems, controls, metering, system integration and cloud-based or SaaS platform applications.
•
Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts clearly to channel partners, customer stakeholders and internal teams.
Proven ability to influence, coach and push channel partners to identify opportunities, pitch effectively, solution independently and close sales.
•
Experience with project start-up, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and validation of installed controls and integrated systems.
•
Working knowledge of server / platform technologies, hardware, storage, networking, firmware and software is advantageous.
•
Prior exposure to IBMS system architecture, control logic, network schematics, controller programming, panel requirements and multi-vendor protocols is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
