*** This role is not a remote and requires 5 days onsite in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Responsible for gathering design, coordination, testing and support of customer intelligence reporting and the analytic needs. May work as a liaison between IT and Business to ensure proper testing and implementation to meet critical market requirements required to function. May assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of a particular policy. Identify and implement best practices to communicate and publish. May Coordinate business requirements gathering meetings with business users of the company. Possibly establish practices to ensure and maintain relevant documents of system set up, user manuals, working practices reflecting changes of development. Provide support and training associated with the operation of the systems, including induction and refresher training and arranging externally provided training if required.

Job Responsibilities

• Design & build IT solutions to solve Business Requirements using Cloud Technologies
• Provide support for installed applications
• Support ongoing development efforts. Mainly in Microsoft Technologies.
• Work with business clients to support existing applications.
• Write detail specifications for programming requested and system interfaces.
• Work with remote team member(s) to solve and support business problems. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent, preferred.
• Microsoft Certification on .Net Technologies is a Plus.
• Microsoft Certification on Azure Technologies is a Plus
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in building applications using Microsoft Technologies
• Communication – Clear & Concise in both Verbal and Writing.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server and .Net Core , C#, ASP.NET, MVC is must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and building solutions using Cloud Technologies is highly preferred
• Knowledge in App Containerization using Dockers and Kubernetes is highly recommended.
• Ability to write/debug Store Procedures in SQL Server, Web API & Web Application
• Ability to integrate third-party applications is a plus  
• Experience in Energy, Utilities Retail Industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
