Job Overview:

As a Sr. Marketing Analyst, you combine your passion for creative marketing solutions with a strong analytical approach. You don't settle for anything less than the best performing campaign, you are results-driven and not afraid to make changes for better results. You possess a high level of business sense, communication skills and professionalism, as you interface with internal project teams and external clients on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has prioritized experience in social media analytics and is knowledgeable in (or has a passion for) influencer marketing as well. You have excellent analytical and quantitative skills, are fully informed on market trends, and have a very strong understanding of marketing analytics. You are well versed in reporting, can collect data as well as extract important insights and confidently present your findings to clients.

You will be part of TMA’s Impact Strategy Team dedicated to research, analytics and reporting for our Influencer Marketing campaigns/activations. You will be responsible for exploring market trends, discovery, measurement & optimization, reporting & visualization and extracting actionable insights for internal stakeholders/clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to support the development of relevant market research and campaign recommendations for clients during all stages of the marketing campaign cycle
  • Lead all influencer marketing campaign tracking and reporting processes - inclusive of real-time measurement, campaign optimizations, and wrap report development
  • Curate and manage our in-house and proprietary measurement tools and the processes in which we use them
  • Manage campaign set-up and performance dashboards with in-house tools
  • Track and analyze campaign performance analytics
  • Create well-rounded storytelling around data, both in the upfront of campaigns and on the backend, to ensure goals, KPIs, and metrics are being communicated clearly
  • Provide strategic POV and discuss campaign performance to clients as necessary
  • Oversee shoppable and e-commerce metrics on applicable influencer campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and paid media products and services relevant to the influencer marketing space
  • Manage media partner relations and communication

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years working experience with a strong marketing background is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media/influencer marketing measurement is desired
  • Advanced understanding of influencer marketing analytics, across all major platforms preferred
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools; comfort in learning and recommending new platforms
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting & analytics tools
  • Experience implementing tangible improvements in new systems, processes, techniques
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, report actionable insights and determine improvements
  • Ability to stay organized and work across multiple programs at once with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-Starter, possesses ability to act and operate efficiently and independently to accomplish objectives
  • Comfort in creating reporting decks inclusive of quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Experience reporting on Marketing metrics as well as forecasting benchmarks for success
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to create a compelling story around the metrics
