Job Overview:

As a Sr. Marketing Analyst, you combine your passion for creative marketing solutions with a strong analytical approach. You don't settle for anything less than the best performing campaign, you are results-driven and not afraid to make changes for better results. You possess a high level of business sense, communication skills and professionalism, as you interface with internal project teams and external clients on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in social media marketing, with a sharp focus on campaign performance and optimization. You are adept at analyzing social media metrics, extracting actionable insights, and crafting clear, compelling reports. As part of TMA’s Impact Strategy Team, you will support the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of social marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience needs.
  • Oversee the setup, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Create comprehensive performance reports that translate social media data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, social media engagement, and platform trends.
  • Deliver compelling narratives around social media metrics to clients and stakeholders, highlighting campaign impact and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to integrate social strategies into broader marketing initiatives seamlessly.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, discussing campaign performance, optimizations, and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media strategy and reporting
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing high-impact social media campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
