Job Summary:
The Recruiter oversees the entirety of the recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. In order to attract talented individuals, they proactively search for potential candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, networking, and job fairs. The Recruiter meticulously evaluates resumes and conducts initial screenings to identify the most suitable candidates. Furthermore, they collaborate with the HR team to drive compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Provides unwavering support to meet the talent needs of the business.
Engages proactively with candidates, fostering strong connections.
Initiates the proactive development of a robust candidate pipeline.
Determines and employs appropriate sourcing techniques.
Manages relocations and intern programs.
Implements improvements to the recruiting process.
Supports initiatives in line with Clearwater’s employee value proposition, e.g. social media, events, etc.
Leverages ATS system technology and capabilities to fill high volume requisitions in a timely manner.
Understands and effectively communicates the uniqueness of company offerings, company culture and the value add of the position in application.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Recruiting experience for Operations, Sales, Finance and Accounting roles.
Experience working for a FinTech Company.
