We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join American Tower’s Information Technology (“IT”) team,
whose enterprise technology solutions support complex, global business capabilities. The Senior
Systems Analyst leads the definition of functional requirements for large-scale, multi-system solutions,
ensuring alignment from business objectives through design and delivery. You will act as a key partner to
stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity across end-to-end solutions, guiding requirement
decisions, mentoring analysts, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen enterprise IT capabilities and
business outcomes.
- Lead functional requirements definitions for complex, large-scale, multisystem
enterprise solutions. - Acts as the primary requirements lead for major enterprise initiatives.
- Accountable for requirements outcomes across large initiatives.
- Own end-to-end requirements ensuring consistency across applications,
integrations, and data layers. - Define complex integration, orchestration, and data requirements across
platforms. - Guide stakeholders in understanding cross-system impacts, dependencies,
and tradeoffs. - Ensure delivery teams have a shared understanding of requirements across
solution components. - Manage requirements strategies, documentations, traceability, change
controls, and stakeholder sign-offs for large initiatives. - Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities across enterprise
solutions. - Drive process optimizations and re-engineering within initiatives to improve
business outcomes beyond system automations. - Actively mentor and guide junior analysts across projects and initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience required.
- At least six years of professional systems analysis or solution definition experience required.
- Experience leading functional requirements for complex, multi-system solutions required.
- Must have experience with Oracle applications version 12.2.x.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end solution thinking, including integrations and data flows, required.
- Ability to guide stakeholders through tradeoffs, dependencies, and solution impacts required.
- Experience reviewing solution designs for functional and data alignment required.
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts strongly preferred.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and risk identification skills required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
