Role Overview:
As a Senior Analyst at Proclink, you will play a critical role in delivering Data and Analytics solutions to a leading U.S. insurance client. This role demands strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics across the insurance marketplace for customer lifecycle, retention, cross-sell etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with client stakeholders to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R; ensure data integrity and interpretability
- Present insights, hypotheses, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
- Align analytics solutions with regulatory and business rules in the U.S. insurance context
- Collaborate with Proclink’s internal teams in data engineering and AI/ML productization
Required Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Visualization or Reporting in BFSI domain, preferably in P&C insurance
- Expertise in SQL and at least one of Python, or R
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients in the BFSI space
- Expertise in Power BI, and DBT
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
Skills Required
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in data visualization or reporting within the BFSI domain, preferably P&C insurance
- Expertise in SQL
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based BFSI clients
- Expertise in Power BI and dbt
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
