Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Mandatory Experience as mentioned and Knowledge in following areas
Total Five years’ experience of working in Digital Banking Channels (ATM, Mobile banking, UPI, NACH, Internet Banking etc.)
Minimum three years Working Experience Knowledge of Digital banking channels interfacing and customization.
Knowledge of UI/UX, interface design and development with Finacle CBS/UBS and various delivery channels
Knowledge of Transaction flow and troubleshooting if issue occurs.
Generic Skills -
Work as part of 24x7 operations team
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
Mandatory Certifications (min one)-
Certificate in Delivery Channels(workflow)
Professional Certification in Application and Interfacing Designing language/ Technology.
SDLC Professional Certification
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering preferably in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or BCA/MCA or 3 year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or any graduate/postgraduate or equivalent from university / institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its regulatory body
Experience criteria:
"5 - for Graduate in Engineering/MCA or equivalent
8 - for Others"
