Job Description:
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
- Good working experience on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 Components - (DAG, Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Free/ Busy, High availability)
- Experience in managing and restoring O365 mailboxes, Shared / Resource mailboxes, public folders, Dynamic groups, Calendar and Licencing
- Knowledge on configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling & free busy, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity.
- Experience on hybrid environment and SAN Certificate renewal and analysing Events Logs / IIS logs / Protocol Logging.
- Hands on experience on Teams online such as managing Teams, Rooms, Analytics & reports and Live Events
- Good experience on Email Security gateways, Connectors, Transport rules and troubleshooting skills on Email routing
- Good knowledge of Exchange PowerShell scripting.
- Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and admin side.
