Sr Analyst II Procurement and Supply Chain

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Perform detailed procurement and supply chain data analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in supplier interactions, contract administration, and data reporting.
• Collaborate with the procurement team on various tasks, providing analytical insights.
• Participate in supply chain process assessments, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the alignment of procurement activities with broader organizational goals through data analysis.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling departmental budgets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting procurement and supply chain management.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting departmental KPIs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role in procurement and supply chain
• Proven experience in data analysis and procurement support
• Proficiencies in data-driven decision-making and vendor communication
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or procurement a plus
