Sr Analyst I Infrastructure Services

Job Description:

Job Functions: 

• Design, maintain and troubleshoot databases and data systems; ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
• Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business goals.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Follow established best practices & standards in infrastructure service delivery
• Apply critical thinking & technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Proficiencies in data analysis & problem solving
• Some knowledge of Cisco network equipment and infrastructure principles
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge & technology
•  Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the requirement of sponsorship. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:  Excel, data modeling, data mining, business intelligence (BI) tools, statistical software, and data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, strong research skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
