DXC Technology India is seeking great talent to join the Modern Workplace Devices Services group.
As Modern Workplace Device Services, the candidate will enable customers Modern Device Management transformation journeys with best practices, innovation and technical leadership. Responsible for providing technical leadership in the creation, testing and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs
The Modern Device Management Engineer is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands-on experience in Intune and Modern Workplace Management. He/she is a good team player, who is part of a team responsible for delivering end-to-end support services to customers
Manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Modern device Management (UEM) platforms by installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring App usage on the company-deployed mobile and endpoint devices. In addition, provide technical support to customers via telephone, web, and face-to-face. This includes installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all Software upgrades and Modern devices to ensure optimal mobile and endpoint system performance.
The Engineer is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services’ agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.
Responsibilities
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM & MAM-WE.
- Knowledge of DEP, APNS, VPP and ABM etc.
- Knowledge of managing Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Co-management environment
- Cloud knowledge especially related to Intune
- Expert in handling Intune MDM console and proactively monitoring the device OS breakups, compliance checks, passcode policy, ownership, & Last seen breakups.
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, update rings, SCEP, PKCS
- Knowledge on re-image and re-building the Windows devices.
- Deliver technical support for Intune, Windows Modern Management.
- Has good understanding of how Certificate Authority works.
- Troubleshooting issues with technologies like WSUS, Intune and Azure from Intune end.
- Ability to configure Azure AD / Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA and Conditional access enabled.
- Deep level knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows Auto Pilot, app management, policy creations.
- knowledge on Windows Hello for Business
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of application deployment and troubleshooting for MDM as well as for Windows 10 devices
- Basic knowledge on Azure identity and license
- Knowledge of Hybrid technology for MDM and Modern management of Windows 10 devices
- Knowledge of JAMF would be an added advantage.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Overall min. 8 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and min. 4 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Intune architecture and engineering experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments.
- Experienced in documentation skills, in areas such as architecture and engineering product documents like: Low/High level design, Deployment, User, Testing.
- Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Intune and related technology solutions, including but not limited to, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Deployment toolkit, Windows 10, Group policy configuration and Application packaging.
- Experience in Modern Windows Device Management - Intune, Autopilot
- Must have knowledge on Co-Management and its configurations
- Experience in Compliance policy, Conditional access policy implementations and Role based Access control
- Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Defender, Device guard, Credential guard and Application guard
- Experience in Privileged Identity Management
- Experience in iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning.
- Good communication skills with ability to represent in global meeting/forums/customers.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform & Power BI.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, change direction, set priorities, and meet deadline.
