Key Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills / Knowledge
1. Python Development
- Strong hands-on coding experience (scripts, automation, data processing).
- Knowledge / Experience with pandas, openpyxl, MySQL connectors, APIs, XML/JSON handling.
- Ability to build reusable automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Python scheduling, logging, error handling.
2. Laravel PHP
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend modules.
- Knowledge of Blade templates, controllers, middleware, authentication.
- Experience integrating external APIs and SAP RFC backend calls (SOAP/XML preferred).
3. SQL / Database (MariaDB / MySQL)
- Strong SQL querying, optimization, stored procedures, indexing.
- Experience with database design and schema changes.
- Ability to work with large datasets (GBRT, Horizon, O2C data loads).
4. AI / Data Basics
- Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts (LLMs, classification, NLP).
- Ability to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure, etc.).
- Basic text processing for contract reading or anomaly detection.
5. Version Control
- Git / GitHub or GitLab experience.
6. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field.
- Finance Knowledge is preferred
7. Experience
1 to 3 years in IT/ Finance (Finance domain knowledge is an advantage).
