Job Description:

Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Pan India

Immediate to 15 days

Main skillsets : 12 + years exp with expertise is HCM cloud extract, BI reporting, Data Migration, OIC ( nice to have )

Skills and Responsibilities

• Should have at least 3 Implementation Experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Work on building interfaces, reports, testing and deployment assistance.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues/problems.
• Able to give training and facilitate relevant workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Will need to work independently with business user’s Excellent customer facing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Overall 7+ years of experience and should have 5+ years of core experience in HCM Cloud modules - Global HR, Absence, Recruiting & Talent Modules.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization.
• Should have strong experience in HDL & Design Studio.
• Should be able to debug issues and provide on call support based on project needs.
• Excellent experience in end-to-end implementation 
• Good knowledge on Quarterly Releases.
• Should be able to Write and execute test cases independently.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with client facing role.
• Certifications in any stream of HCM Cloud Modules
• Techno-Functional Experience.
