Job Summary

This Sr Analyst, Compensation is tasked with in-depth analysis and consultation on compensation matters, ensuring alignment with market trends. This role involves benchmarking, strategic planning, and serving as a trusted advisor and expert resource. The role supports annual compensation processes and contributes to short-term and long-range organizational goals. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a dynamic workload.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Consulting internally on compensation issues, synthesizing complex data to provide resolution strategies for our Headquarters and Corporate organizations
  • Benchmarking company compensation structures against market trends to develop data-driven recommendation
  • Conducting job evaluations and participating in special studies to address specific compensation-related challenges
  • Assisting with the orchestration of annual salary and incentive programs, including bonus review processes
  • Participating in compensation and benefit surveys to benchmark and analyze the company's market position
  • Formulating strategies to align compensation plans with long-range organizational objectives, including sales incentives
  • Serving as a knowledge resource for peers, providing guidance on compensation issues based on in-depth expertise

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
