Your role at Baxter:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst to act as a strategic partner for the Sales and Marketing areas in the Latin America South (LAS) region. This position will have a strong interface with CRM (Salesforce), SalesForce Effectiveness, and Incentive Programs.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and evolve the use of CRM (Salesforce) as a crucial tool for pipeline management and commercial productivity.
Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to evaluate the sales force's performance.
Structure and support commercial incentive programs, with achievement and financial impact calculations.
Support commercial leaders with efficiency analysis and territorial coverage planning.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.
Solid experience in areas of Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Planning.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI and Salesforce (desirable experience with CRM management).
Analytical skills and strategic vision, with the ability to transform data into action plans.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
Spanish is a plus.
