Responsibilities:

1. Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects that leverage LLMs for various applications, including but not limited to text generation, summarization, translation etc..

3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative models, and apply this knowledge to enhance existing models and methodologies.

4. Analyze and fine-tune model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data- driven insights Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

5. Contribute to research publications, whitepapers, and presentations to showcase the organization*s expertise in the field.

6. Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications and platforms.

1. A Master*s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field PhD is a nice to have.2. 5+ years experience in Al-relevant fields, such as machine learning, deep learning, large language models or computer vision.

3. Strong understanding of generative models, deep learning, natural language processing or computer vision techniques.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

5. Familiar with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

6. Demonstrated ability to drive research projects from ideation to implementation, producing tangible outcomes.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to address complex AI challenges.

8. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Published research papers or contributions to the AI community would be a significant plus.

10. Experience with deploying AI models into production environments is desirable.

11. Experience with testing and evaluation of AI systems, explainable AI, or AI fairness and bias assessment is nice to have.

12. Proficiency in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
