- Cultivating and developing senior-level and c-suite level ICP client relationships
- Creating consultative solutions that focus on direct business outcomes and ROI
- Meeting and exceeding individual revenue and activity targets. This includes, but is not limited to: new business, pricing/yield, prospecting, client demos/meetings, etc.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Serving as an industry expert and thought-leader within the digital advertising space.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 8 years of experience in digital AdTech sales
- Professional network that includes established senior-level and c-suite level relationships at agencies with automated buying platforms
- History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
- The drive to win and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.
- Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.
