We are looking for a Advanced Systems Engr to manage a medium-sized program in ADS COE,
Bangalore. This job requires the individual to work closely with developers, ADS team and program
stakeholders and manage the overall program deliverables as lead involved in Web application
development and Database Queries/Stored Procedures. The solutions should be highly configurable,
and delivered with strong focus on quality, agility, and efficiency.

  • Systems Lead with full ownership of architecture design — ensuring scalable, efficient, and maintainable
  • systems. Focused on setting best practices and aligning architecture for robust, future-ready solutions.
  • Systems validation & verification- Prepare detailed test plans, provide test coverage, analyze test data and
    report test results.
  • Systems integration
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Clearly articulate key performance and operability results within Honeywell and with external customers.
  • Should possess excellent soft skills to work and deliver in an agile environment.
  • Automate and implement the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline.

    Architect and develop complex iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
  • Drive technical decisions and ensure adherence to clean architecture principles (MVVM, VIPER).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
  • Implement unit tests, UI tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robust delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and security best practices.
  • Experience in systems engineering – system requirement, integration, and verification
  • Familiarization with mobile applications hosting/deployment
    Strong knowledge on Design patterns.
  • Expertise in software integration, unit testing & debugging.
  • Should be capable of taking complete ownership of a module and coordinating with customers.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of AGILE Process/Tools.
  • Excellent focus on execution should ensure responsiveness to customers, team, and management.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Swift, with strong knowledge of Objective-C.
  • Deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Combine.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and offline data handling.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Jenkins) and Git workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex apps to the App Store.
