Honeywell is seeking an Technology Product Owner to lead the delivery of complex, technology-driven products aligned with Honeywell’s Connected Enterprise and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ownership of technical products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering and business teams.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through development, release, and continuous enhancement
· Knowledge and experience in Cloud SaaS productions as Product Owner
· Act as the primary Product Owner / Technology Owner for assigned digital or software products
· Partner with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
· Translate business and technical requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
· Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact
· Drive execution by actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
· Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices, including design reviews, testing, deployment, and post-release validation
· Balance technical feasibility, risk, and timelines while making data-driven trade-off decisions
· Track and report on product metrics, delivery progress, and value realization
· Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and delivery risks
· Continuously gather feedback and incorporate improvements aligned to Honeywell quality and safety standards
QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
· 12 years of total IT experience, including Product Owner / Technology Owner experience
· Strong hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Proven expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies
· CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification – mandatory
· Experience writing well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Additional Agile or SAFe certifications (PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP)
