As a Sr Advanced AI Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of AI algorithms, models, and systems. You will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and provide direction on exploring and implementing methodologies and best practices.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes
- Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
- Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing AI related technology projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience working with Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock)
- Mastery expertise in machine learning or related artificially intelligent technology.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
