Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist for Intelligrated Headquarters, LLC in Mason, OH
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and reports to the PMO Tools Leader, responsible for IGS project management tools, data, and analytics.
- Accountable for development of business requirements and working with various business and IT leaders within in the organization to ensure these requirements are met.
- Responsible for comprehensive testing of the tools, raising defects, and retesting defects thoroughly to ensure the functionality is working as desired.
- Collaborate with execution teams and PMO Operations team to enhance Cora PMIS functionality.
- Work with various IT leaders throughout the organization to ensure tools are being built based on the business requirements given.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers.
- Identify gaps in business tools, processes, and/or training and create a solution either independently or in collaboration with a team.
- Create training content for end users on various PMO tools as required.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, or a related field, and 3 years of project management experience.
- Full term of experience must include: Demonstrated proficiency in PowerQuery and/or PowerBI; proven experience in writing detailed requirements specifically for IT software deployment projects, preferably in PLM or PMIS initiatives/tools; a solid foundation in project management principles coupled with relevant IT experience; proficiency in comprehensive testing methodologies of software tools, including defect management, rigorous testing, and retesting of defects; familiarity with tools used for project management and analytics; ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as business users, developers, and project managers; exceptional documentation skills to create clear and concise documents related to requirements, processes, and user guides; and demonstrated expertise in established continuous improvement methodologies that are applicable for evaluating deficiencies in business tools and processes.
- Up to 20% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.

- 40 hours/week
