As a Sr. Admin Assistant here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist senior management with various organizational tasks.
You will report directly to our designated manager, and you’ll work out of our Glendale, AZ location with a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or management teams.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document preparation and data management.
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
