As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and cultivate all engagements with existing and new customers. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Midwest region to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $130K- $174K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This role is incentive eligible.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
  • Expertise in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex deals.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
